CHICAGO -- The Chicago Police Department is asking for the public's help in identifying the suspects reportedly responsible for a strong arm robbery at the Redline Grand Street Station on Tuesday.According to the Chicago Police Department, the suspects approached a victim at the Redline Grand Street Station on Tuesday, grabbing the victim from behind while they were walking on the train station platform. Man hospitalized after Winnetka water rescue The suspects pulled the victim into a stairwell and battered the victim before taking his wallet and fleeing the scene.Chicago police have described the individuals as African American men between 20 and 40-years-old.Anyone with information regarding this incident or the suspect's identity are asked to contact the Chicago Police Department at 312-745-4706.The heat will stay in Chicagoland for another day - with a chance of storms

JOLIET, Ill -- A 26-year-old man was shot in the parking lot of a BP gas station in Joliet early Tuesday morning.According to the Joliet Police Department, officers responded to the Ascension St. Joseph Hospital on reports of a 26-year-old man had sustained two gunshot wounds and arrived at the hospital in a private vehicle just after 1 a.m. on Tuesday, July 4.Officers determined the victim had been shot while in a vehicle and the victim’s gunshot wounds were considered to be non-life threatening. During investigation of this shooting, Officers determined that it may have occurred in the parking lot of the BP gas station located at 6 McDonough Street. CHICAGO -- A 49-year-old was shot and killed early Tuesday morning in Chicago's River North neighborhood.According to the Chicago Police Department, officers responded to the 600 block of North Dearborn Ave in Chicago's River North neighborhood on reports of shots fired just before 12:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 4. He was transported to Northwestern Hospital where he was pronounced dead.Further investigation revealed that the man was in a verbal altercation with a 37-year-old woman. TRAVIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) — Search crews are still looking for a child who fell off a boat in Lake Travis Monday afternoon and didn't resurface, Austin-Travis County EMS wrote on social media.The 8-year-old boy went missing at around 2 p.m. Monday, the Travis County ESD 1 shift commander told KXAN. The boy was not wearing a life jacket at the time.The incident happened in the Cow Creek Arm of Lake Travis, ATCEMS wrote.
