NEW YORK (WPIX) – A multi-story building in the Bronx partially collapsed Monday afternoon, New York City fire officials said.A six-story building at 1915 Billingsly Terrace in Morris Heights partially collapsed around 3:30 p.m., according to the FDNY.Citizen App video showed several stories of the building exposed with what appeared to be a home appliance, possibly a washing machine or dryer, visible on one of the floors. A pile of a debris could be seen in the street around the base of the building after the partial collapse. A Google Street View image shows a bodega located in the building where the collapse occurred.The building is located roughly two blocks away from an FDNY fire station.Additional information regarding possible injuries was not immediately available.The NYPD asked people to avoid the area of West Burnside Avenue between Osborne Place and Phelan Place in the Bronx. AUSTIN (KXAN) — Austin-Travis County EMS, the Austin Fire Department and Travis County STAR Flight responded to a reported crash involving a motorcycle in northwest Austin Monday afternoon.ATCEMS shared on social media the crash was reported just before 4 p.m. in the 9000 block of FM 2222. Per the post, the crash involved a motorcycle and another vehicle.One patient was declared a trauma alert as a result. In a follow-up social media post, officials said STAR Flight took the patient to Dell Seton Medical Center with potentially serious injuries.ATCEMS added extensive delays are expected following the crash. ALBANY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The man arrested in connection to the shots fired incident outside of Temple Israel on December 7 is facing another firearms crime. Mufid Fawaz Alkhader, 28, of Schenectady, was charged with conspiracy to make a false statement during the purchase of a firearm. Alkhader reportedly obtained the firearm about a month ago by having a friend purchase it for him. They lied on the ATF Form 4473 by checking the box that states they were buying the firearm for themselves.
