Video: Three people rappelling down Transamerica Pyramid SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Three people were seen rappelling down the side of the Transamerica Pyramid Monday shortly before noon. The people were wearing orange or red outfits and appear to be doing dance moves of some sort. Twenty-one world leaders are expected to join the summit as well.Most APEC activities will take place in the South of Market and Nob Hill neighborhoods, however, due to the larger amount of occupants this may impact other parts of San Francisco as well.The bulk of the APEC events will take place at the Moscone Center. One person injured from shooting, San Rafael PD investigates  (KRON) – A shooting on Novato Street in San Rafael left one man injured by a bullet ricochet on Sunday night, the San Rafael Police Department announced on Monday. At 11:10 p.m., an SRPD officer and witnesses heard multiple gunshots being fired in the area of Novato Street in the Canal Neighborhood of San Rafael.  APEC: How to navigate traffic, street closures, and tow away zones Officers responded to the unit block of Novato Street near Kerner Boulevard. Upon arrival, officers located a male victim who had a non-life-threatening gunshot wound to the upper leg and bullet casings at the scene.The San Rafael Fire Department arrived at the scene and provided medical care to the victim, police said.
