CONCORD, Calif. (KRON) -- Three Cessna planes were tipped over by high winds at Buchanan Field Airport in Concord on Tuesday afternoon, according to the Federal Aviation Administration. Eastbound 580 reopened after big rigs were overturned by high winds on Richmond bridge The incident happened around 2 p.m., and the FAA reports that none of the planes were preparing for flight at the time. A Cessna 210 and two Cessna 172s were flipped in the incident. SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- A shelter in place due to glass falling off a San Francisco high rise at 555 California Street between Montgomery Street and Spring Street has been lifted according the San Francisco Fire Department. Earlier, people were being asked to avoid the area, expect traffic delays and consider alternate routes. Two windows have been shattered due to high winds and several blocks are closed for the public's safety. Businesses in the area were told to shelter in place. (AP) — Tight end Darren Waller is being traded to the New York Giants, who will send the Las Vegas Raiders a 2023 third-round draft pick, two people familiar with the deal said Tuesday.They spoke to The AP on condition of anonymity because the trade has not been announced. One person said the Giants will send the Raiders their No. 100 overall selection, which was acquired from the Kansas City Chiefs in the deal for wide receiver Kadarius Toney.Waller, who made the Pro Bowl in 2020 gives Giants quarterback Daniel Jones a major playmaker and an upgrade at tight end.
