HARRIS COUNTY, Texas (KXAN) -- After years of delays, there will soon be some progress in the securities fraud case against suspended Texas Attorney General Ken Paxton. A hearing was scheduled for Aug. 3 in Harris County. Paxton faces felony charges and is accused of defrauding investors in a tech startup.
