LOUIS - Southwest Airlines has announced plans for nonstop service between the St. Louis Lambert International Airport and Los Cabos, Mexico.The new flights will be a seasonal option for travelers looking to plan spring breaks, beginning as early as March 9, 2024. People driving in or around Boulder should expect increased traffic beginning Monday through the end of next week due to student move-in at the University of Colorado Boulder.The move-in process is spread out over several days to lessen the traffic impact in and around Boulder. Two Suspects Arrested after Deadly Hit-and-Run Pedestrian Collision on West Wetmore RoadTUCSON, AZ (August 16, 2023) – Late Monday night, Isaac Benitez was killed in a hit-and-run pedestrian crash on North La Cholla Boulevard.Around 10:40 p.m., police responded to the scene near West Wetmore Road on July 24th.Per reports, 18-year-old Anthony Duran got into an altercation with 17-year-old Benitez. Investigators say Duran sped off in a vehicle and dragged Benitez, causing life-threatening injuries.Paramedics arrived and transported Benitez to a nearby hospital where he later succumbed to his injuries.Meanwhile, authorities located and arrested Duran and another suspect. Both Duran and the juvenile suspect were taken to Pima County Jail where they faced a charge of reckless manslaughter.No other information was disclosed by deputies, and the crash is still under investigation.No words can mend the broken hearts and sorrow felt during this delicate moment.
