SF Chinatown stabbing suspect arrested, identified SAN FRANCISCO (KRON) -- Police have identified the suspect in a stabbing that took place at a business in San Francisco's Chinatown Monday as 61-year-old Fook Poy Lai. San Francisco Police Department officers responded at around 9:50 a.m. Monday on a report of a stabbing on the 1000 block of Stockton Street. Man who allegedly killed 16-year-old at Livermore Taco Bell extradited from Mexico, arrested Arriving at the scene, officers located a woman with an apparent stab wound. Officers rendered aid and summoned medics to the scene. The woman was transported to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.A possible suspect, later identified as Lai, was detained at the scene. Man who allegedly killed 16-year-old at Livermore Taco Bell extradited from Mexico, arrested (KRON) -- A man who police say murdered a 16-year-old boy at a Livermore Taco Bell in 2019 was extradited from Mexico to California and arrested, according to police. Jorge Luis Tellez, 25, was taken into custody on an outstanding warrant by the Livermore Police Criminal Investigations Bureau for the killing of 16-year-old Emanuel Moseby, Livermore PD said.Tellez was the lone suspect in the July 2019 shooting and killing of Emanuel at the Taco Bell on Stanley Boulevard. Emanuel suffered a gunshot wound to the abdomen and later succumbed to his injuries at the hospital, police said.
