ESOPUS, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- The New York State Police are asking the public for help in finding Wayne Nickerson, 49, who was last seen around 5:30 p.m. on Monday in Esopus. According to state police, Nickerson is 5'6" with green eyes and blonde hair. Get the latest news, weather, sports and entertainment delivered right to your inbox! JOHNSTOWN, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- New York State Police, with the assistance of the Federal Bureau of Investigations Joint Terrorism Task Force, arrested Cody J Keier, 28, on September 22. ST. LOUIS COUNTY, Mo. - The demolition of Jamestown Mall begins Tuesday. It's been an eyesore and safety hazard for years.Jamestown Mall opened in 1973. It was forced to close down in 2014 after years of challenges. ST. LOUIS - Major road improvements are underway right now along a main road very close to the new NGA West campus in north St. Louis. We’re talking about Jefferson Avenue between James Cool Papa Bell and Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Boulevard.Crews have been working along the half-mile stretch of Jefferson Avenue at 5:00 a.m. The first step is for crews to do what’s called 'milling' Jefferson Avenue. That means they are taking up about three inches of the current roadway, which is pretty rough condition then they will repave it with a new three-inch surface.Crews will do the southbound direction first then switch to northbound. California Gov. Gavin Newsom signed Assembly Bill 1078 Monday, which penalizes school boards for banning books. The new law applies to bans on books and other materials based solely on the inclusion of history related to Black, Latino, Asian, Native American, LGBTQ people and other groups, CalMatters reports. One man has died after a fatal traffic collision in Rancho Cucamonga, authorities announced Tuesday.Deputies with the Rancho Cucamonga Police Department responded to reports of a man down around Etiwanda Avenue and Napa Street on Monday morning around 7:37 a.m.Upon arrival, deputies found the man, identified only as a 41-year-old resident from San Bernardino, lying in the dirt shoulder west of Etiwanda Avenue. DUI Suspected Car Crash on Closner Boulevard Left 26-year-old Woman DeadEDINBURG, TX (September 26, 2023) – Adrienne Ann Garza died after a suspected DUI collision at Trenton Road on Saturday early morning.Law enforcement officials reported that the crash involved a white Chevrolet Silverado and a white BMW. The Chevrolet Silverado ran a red light at the intersection, resulting in a collision with the passenger side of the BMW.The driver of the BMW, identified as Adrienne Ann Garza, was transported to DHR Health where she was later pronounced deceased.
