San Jose POA office manager charged with trying to import fentanyl analog SAN JOSE – The long-time office manager for the San Jose Police Officers’ Association allegedly used her personal and work computers to order controlled substances, including an analog version of fentanyl, from overseas and agreed to distribute them elsewhere in the U.S., according to a criminal complaint filed in federal court.Joanne Marian Segovia, the executive director at the San Jose Police Officers Association since 2003, is charged with attempting to unlawfully import valeryl fentanyl.
