Body of missing person recovered from the Hoosic River TROY, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- On Thursday night, the Schaghticoke Fire Department recovered a body in the Hoosic River. Investigators determined that the body was that of David Fearnley who was reported missing in November 2022. Get the latest, news, weather, sports and community events delivered right to your inbox! Fearnley was reportedly last seen on November 23 in Pittstown. The vehicle he was last seen driving was located in the area of Valley Falls Road and Stover Road.Investigators confirm there was no evidence of foul play. DaiJa’h Jackson, 25, faces charges of involuntary manslaughter and armed criminal action.Police were called to investigate a shooting in the 5900 block of Summit Place in St. Louis on May 9 at around 11 p.m. They found West lying in the street with gunshot wounds.
