SCHOHARIE, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Several witnesses have shed light on the history of the 2001 Ford Excursion, the modified stretch limousine involved in the 2018 crash that killed 20 people. Donald Cottrell, the Garage Manager for Advantage Transportation Group, testified. The 2001 Ford Excursion was part of the company's fleet prior to being sold to the Hussain family. Cottrell said he did everything by the book with that limo, including monthly inspections and periodic brake checks, in addition to bi-annual DOT certified inspections. He also spoke about the sale of the excursion limo to the Hussain family. PITTSFIELD, Mass. (NEWS10) -- Crews are working to repair a water main break in Pittsfield, Massachusetts, at the intersection of Pearl Street and Fenn Street. As a result, water service in the area will be temporarily shut off, and city officials say City Hall and 100 North Street will be closed for the day with an anticipated reopening on Friday for normal business hours. CRESTWOOD, Mo. - A new dog training facility is set to open doors in Crestwood this weekend. Zoom Room St. Louis will open at 361 Watson Plaza on Saturday. Zoom Room operates training sites in 30 U.S. states, offering agility, obedience and enrichment training and courses. The Creswtood location will be the first to open in Missouri. ‘Guardians of the Galaxy’ meets St. Charles yet again To celebrate the new location, Zoom Room will hold a grand opening party from 3-5 p.m. on Saturday. CREVE COEUR, Mo. - A man accused in a shooting outside a Creve Coeur pizza parlor last month is behind bars. U.S. Marshals recently arrested Azar Thompson, 30, in the investigation. He is jailed in Madison County, Illinois, with pending extradition hearings. Police say Thompson and the victim, who were acquaintances, met at the pizza parlor and got into a dispute outside the business, which led to the shooting. Crime ring based in St. Charles targeted small towns The 34-year-old victim ran across the street and into a grocery store to seek help. The victim was treated at a local hospital. No one else was injured in the shooting. ST. CHARLES COUNTY, Mo. - A shooting led to a crash Wednesday morning on Interstate 70 in St. Charles County, according to the Missouri State Highway Patrol. Police say a victim's car was shot before he crashed into a median. Investigators said the victim suffered minor injuries in the crash. The shooting happened around 8:40 a.m. Wednesday in the westbound lanes of I-70 near Route A. MSHP reports that someone in a black Chevrolet Tahoe shot a green Chevrolet Cavalier. Crime ring based in St. Charles targeted small towns After the shots, the driver of the Cavalier crashed into a median and the driver of the Tahoe escaped the scene. MSHP says the victim only had minor cuts to his arms and hand from breaking glass. He was not struck by a bullet.It's unclear what might have led up to the shooting, or whether anyone in the cars were known to each other.
