Free rabies clinics to be held at the 4-H Training Center BALLSTON SPA, N.Y. (NEWS10) -- Pet owners looking for rabies vaccinations can utilize upcoming free rabies clinics held at the 4-H Training Center at 556 Middleline Road in Ballston Spa. Vaccination certificates are written for one year, however, if the owner has a previously signed certificate, a 3-year certificate will be written. Get the latest, news, weather, sports and community events delivered right to your inbox! The dates are May 23, June 27, August 22, and September 5. Times are strictly enforced. The clinics will take in cats and ferrets from 5:30 to 6:30 p.m. Ferrets must be in a cage or carrier. The clinics will be available for dogs from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. All dogs must be on a leash.

City of Industry crash shears hydrant, propelling water into air One person was hospitalized following a single-vehicle crash in the City of Industry Monday morning that sheared a fire hydrant, creating a massive geyser.The crash happened around 10:45 a.m. on the 13000 block of E. Temple Avenue.According to the Los Angeles County Fire Department, a vehicle crashed into a light post and a fire hydrant.Video from Sky5 showed water spewing from the sheared hydrant, propelling it dozens of feet into the air and flooding the roadway.A crash in the City of Industry sheared a fire hydrant and sent water dozens of feet into the air on May 22, 2023. 2 children die after getting swept away in California's Kings River The body of a four-year-old boy was found on Monday in the Kings River, the day after his sister's body was also recovered from the same Fresno County river.According to the Fresno County Sheriff's Office, fire personnel saw the boy beneath the water caught against a tree. A firefighter was deployed into the water and recovered the body.Officials say the boy was found just under two miles downstream from where he initially went in the water.
